Certificate of Bookstore Returnability Program
This certifies that The Ewings Publishing LLC hereby establishes the
Bookstore Returnability Program for the distribution of the book titled
Terms and Conditions of the Bookstore Returnability Program:
1. Eligibility: Bookstores that meet the specified criteria set forth by The Ewings Publishing LLC are
eligible to participate in this program.
2. Return Period: Participating bookstores may return unsold copies of the book within 1 year from the
date of purchase.
3. Condition of Returns: The returned books must be in new, resalable condition, free from any damage,
markings, or other impairments.
4. Return Authorization: Bookstores must request and receive prior authorization from The Ewings
Publishing LLC before returning any copies. A return authorization number will be provided for each
approved return.
5. Return Shipping: Bookstores are responsible for the cost of return shipping and ensuring that the
returned copies are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
6. Refunds: Upon receiving the returned copies in acceptable condition, The Ewings Publishing LLC will
issue a refund to the bookstore within 45 days.
7. Non-Returnable Copies: Copies that have been marked as non-returnable during the initial order will
not be eligible for return under this program.
8. Termination or Modification: The Ewings Publishing LLC reserves the right to terminate or modify
the Bookstore Returnability Program at any time with or without notice.
